Indoor air quality,
fixed at the source.
Whole-home filtration, UV, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and duct cleaning. North Texas allergens are real — your air doesn't have to be the source of them.
Air-quality work starts with a real assessment — not a sales pitch. We measure, look at the ductwork, and recommend only what the house actually needs.
Filtration, humidity, ducts — the full picture.
Indoor air is a system, not a single product. We work on the whole picture — and we don't sell what your house doesn't need.
Media filters, MERV upgrades, and electronic air cleaners — sized to your blower and ductwork so they actually work.
In-duct UV-C lamps for mold and biological contamination. We install only the technologies with real-world data behind them.
North Texas winters can drop indoor humidity to single digits. Whole-home humidifiers fix dry skin, static, and cracking floors.
For the summer days when the AC holds temp but the house feels swampy. Properly sized whole-home dehumidifiers — not portable units.
Honest duct work — we'll tell you when it's needed and when it isn't. Most homes need sealing more than cleaning.
Modern homes are tight. ERV/HRV systems bring controlled fresh air in without losing the heating or cooling.
Six signs your air isn't doing you favors.
Sneezing or congestion that's worse inside than out usually means the filter system isn't catching what it should. Real filtration changes this fast.
Dusting twice a week and it's still on the surfaces? That's leaky ductwork pulling attic air into the system. Sealable, fixable.
Static shocks, cracking floors, dry skin. Indoor humidity below 30% — common in North Texas winters. A whole-home humidifier solves it.
House holds temp but feels heavy and damp. The AC is short-cycling and not pulling humidity. Fixable with sizing or dehumidification.
Often biological growth on the evaporator coil or in the drain pan. UV light + cleaning eliminates the source — not just the smell.
If indoor air is a known trigger, filtration upgrades and humidity control make a real difference. We'll tell you what's worth doing — and what isn't.
Three steps. No surprises.
We don't quote sight-unseen and we don't add charges after the fact. The process is the same on a $200 capacitor and a $14,000 system replacement.
We arrive in the window, run the diagnostic, and explain what we're seeing in plain language. Always.
Fixed price, in writing, with the parts and labor itemized. You decide. We don't pressure.
Done right the first time. We test it with you, leave the house tidier than we found it, and stand behind the work.
Factory-trained on the equipment we install.
The air-quality questions we get most.
Does my house actually need an air-quality system?
Most don't need everything — and we'll tell you that up front. The honest answer comes from looking at the symptoms, the ductwork, and a few measurements. No sales pitch.
Is duct cleaning really worth it?
Sometimes. After construction, after a rodent issue, or with visible buildup — yes. As a routine sales upsell — no. Most homes benefit more from duct sealing than cleaning.
Will a higher-MERV filter break my system?
It can. A high-MERV filter on an undersized return is hard on the blower. We size filtration to the system, not the other way around — that's where most box-store filters go wrong.
UV lights — do they actually work?
In-duct UV-C lamps positioned at the coil have real data behind them for mold and biological control. We install only the technologies that show up in independent studies.
Can you handle this in one visit?
Most filtration and UV installs are one visit. Whole-home humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and ductwork can be one or two depending on access. We tell you up front.

We'll get back same-day with a window and an honest first read on what we're hearing.
