AC repair & installation,
done right.
Repair, refrigerant, compressors, and full-system installs across Sherman and the broader North Texas region. Twenty-seven years of summers — answered.
Most AC calls are diagnosed and quoted within an hour of arrival — no surprise add-ons after the truck is on-site.
Diagnostics, repair, replacement — the full path.
If it's central AC, a heat pump, a mini-split, or a packaged unit — we work on it. If we install it, we'll service it as long as you own it.
Honest read on what's failing, what's still good, and what the fix is going to cost — before any work begins.
Leak-checking, recovery, and proper charge on R-410A and the newer A2L systems. EPA-certified technicians.
The two parts that fail most often in Texas heat. We carry common units on the truck.
Evaporator and condenser cleaning, blower issues, and the duct-side problems that masquerade as AC failures.
When repair stops making sense, we sit down with options — Carrier, Trane, Goodman, Comfortmaker — sized properly for your house.
For additions, garages, shops, and homes with no ductwork. We size and install — and we service what we install.
Six signs your AC needs a real look.
If the system runs but the air isn't cold, it's likely refrigerant, capacitor, or compressor. Don't run it dry — call.
Ice on the copper or coil means airflow problem or low charge. Shut it off and call before it damages the compressor.
Running 90 seconds, off, on again — usually a thermostat, sensor, or sizing issue. Wears equipment fast.
A bill that creeps up year-over-year is the system telling you it's losing efficiency. Often a cleanable cause.
Buzzing, rattling, or squealing. Each sound points somewhere different — and waiting almost never helps.
If the system holds temp but the house feels damp, it's likely a sizing or coil issue. Affects comfort more than the thermostat does.
Three steps. No surprises.
We don't quote sight-unseen and we don't add charges after the fact. The process is the same on a $200 capacitor and a $14,000 system replacement.
We arrive in the window, run the diagnostic, and explain what we're seeing in plain language. Always.
Fixed price, in writing, with the parts and labor itemized. You decide. We don't pressure.
Done right the first time. We test it with you, leave the house tidier than we found it, and stand behind the work.
Factory-trained on the equipment we install.
The AC questions we get most.
How fast can you get out for an emergency AC call?
Most calls in Sherman and the immediate Grayson area are same-day. Collin County calls are typically same-day or next-morning depending on time of call. The line is answered 24/7 — call us and we'll tell you the realistic window.
Do you charge for diagnostics?
Yes — there's a flat trip + diagnostic fee disclosed before we dispatch, and applied toward the repair if you proceed. We don't surprise people with the bill.
When does it make sense to replace instead of repair?
Generally: a system over 12 years old with a major component failure (compressor, coil) is a replacement conversation. We'll show you both numbers and let you decide — never a one-size answer.
Do you offer financing on a new system?
Yes. We'll walk through the options at quote time. Reasonable terms, no pressure tactics.
What's the warranty on a new install?
Manufacturer warranty on the equipment (varies by brand and model — typically 10 years on parts), plus our labor warranty on the install. Specifics live on the written quote.
Tell us what's going on with the AC.
We'll get back same-day with a window and an honest first read on what we're hearing.
